Shipping Policy
Packing and shipping for orders domestic and international are fulfilled in-house by Sacha Raps. Options of shipping providers and rates will be provided according to package size, weight, and final destination.
Our processing time before an order is shipped is usually between 3-5 business days. Our shipping policy states that the shipping time frames presented at checkout are representative of transit time and do not account for the time it takes us to pack and ship out orders. Delivery time estimates are based on the assumption that products are in stock or made to order at the time of order.
We send out orders in the order that they are received however we are able to accommodate a rush if you reach out to us at hello@sachraps.com after placing your order and we can make a note with our team to try get your order out to you as soon as possible.
For international orders, we ship worldwide with DHL Express Worldwide. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists for goods imported into the destination country. Payments of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Orders marked as delivered may not be refunded or replaced. Please ship your item to a safe and reliable location.
If your package is late or lost in transit (not shown as delivered), please email us and we will help find the package or take other steps on a case-by-case basis.
If an item is returned to us by the carrier due to address errors or an inability to deliver, we can reship your order. We charge a $10 reshipping fee for domestic orders. We can otherwise process a refund minus shipping costs.
